An M.Sc. Agricultural Economics and a B.Sc. in Agriculture, and have nearly 40 years’ experience as advisor to governments and international institutions in economic and agricultural development mostly in Africa

A dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience managing large-scale projects and organizing major events. An expert in logistics, multi-sector coordination, and budget management, he has successfully led complex operations, including large-scale concerts such as Metallica (80,000 attendees) and specialized trade shows. He is accustomed to managing large teams (up to 600 people) and collaborating with strategic partners such as the City of Montreal, the Montreal Police Service (SPVM), the Montreal Fire Department (SIM), Evenko, the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife (MINFOF), the Prime Minister's Office of Cameroon, and the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development (MINMIDT).
